Christmas Craft

Christmas Crafts: Crape paper Wreath

Make a Christmas wreath using crape paper.  I like to make Christmas crafts that are easy for toddlers to do.
To make this Christmas wreath craft you will need the following:
Materials:
·         Paper plate of desired size
·         Crape papers- Light green and dark green
·         Glue
·         Coloured ribbon
·         Pompoms
Tools:
Pencil
Scissors
Method:
1.      Cut the center of the paper plate.
2.      Make a whole bunch of squares by cutting the crape papers into squares of 3”by 3”.
3.      Put the glue all around the paper plate.
4.      Take a piece of crape paper. Fold it in half and again into square.
5.       Open it and press down the center with your fingers.
6.      Stick the center of the crape paper on the paper plate.
7.      Cover the plate all the way round.
8.      Tie a bow with the red ribbon and cut the edges.
9.      Glue it either on the top or bottom of the wreath and ornament it with pompoms.
10. Staple fabric ribbon at the back of the wreath for hanging.
Give it a try…
