Newspaper Crafts: Pompom

Newspaper pompoms can be used in sports drill or other fun activities. Young kids love to play with pompoms. Let’s make a newspaper pompom. 

For this you will need the following:

Materials:

·        Newspaper

·        Transparent tape

Tools:

·        Scissors

Method:

Step 1:     

    

           Take a full length newspaper.

Step 2:

          Fold it into half in the long way, crease it and unfold it.

Step 3:

                    

           Now fold it two to three times width wise.

Step 4:

                  

          Cut out stripes on half of the paper with scissors in such a way that it doesn't  cross the creased line.

Step 5:

          Roll the uncut side of the paper and tape it.

Final outcome:

          The pompom is ready to be used.
